A patriotic Palestinian poet who was among the fervent voices resisting the British colonization of Palestine. He had a nationalist idelogical tendency. In 1936, he was hired as director of the Arabic department at the Jerusalem radio. He was reposible and administrator of the the Arabic programs. He was fired by the recruiting British institutions in 1940. He worked then as teacher at Iraq before going back to Palestine before he died.
